Accounts open after the beta, and everything that needs no account is open now. The allowances below are the ones the platform enforces. No card will be taken, and nothing is billed.

What is not metered
Searching molecules, reading reaction records, following a mechanism, using the periodic table and using the calculators are not counted against anything and do not need an account at all. The allowances apply to the engines — prediction, design and calculations — because those are the parts that cost something to run.
A request that would exceed an allowance is refused with a message naming the limit it reached and the date the period resets. Nothing already saved is affected, and reading is never blocked.
Paid plans
Billing is not connected on this deployment. There is no checkout, no card is stored, and no charge can be made. The Team allowance above exists and is enforced; while billing is not connected it is set by the operator of this deployment rather than bought.
Paid tiers will probably follow once we know which parts of the platform people actually use — that is much of what this beta is for. They are not listed here with prices attached, because a price beside a plan that cannot be bought is a claim about a product that does not exist, and this is the page where a reader is most entitled to assume every number is real.
